Two teachers in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 have been selected to receive $1,000 scholarships from the Hanson Scholarship Fund to further their own education. They are Becca Buck, a music teacher at Marion W. Savage Elementary in Savage and Kristine Helwig, a science teacher at Eagle Ridge Junior High in Savage.

Calling all Eagle Ridge Parent Volunteers!
Parents we need your help...The last school dance of the school year is on Friday, May 15, as well as the 9th grade lock-in.
We also have two grade-level field trips on May 22.
If you are able to, please consider volunteering as a chaperone for one or more of these upcoming events.
Current 6th grade students and their families are invited to Family Fun night at Eagle Ridge Junior High on Thursday, May 14 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
Activities will include meeting teachers, building tours, open gym, and our climbing wall. A dinner of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, water & soda will be available for $2.50 per person.

Freddy's is located on the northeast corner of Highway 13 and County Road 42 in Savage.
Auditions for the Eagle Ridge spring play "Aladdin" are Feb. 24-25 starting at 3:10 p.m. each day in the school's Performing Arts Center. Audition information can be picked up from Mrs. Stead in Room 1001 or in the main office. Students should sign up for a day to audition on the posters in the music suite area.
Students wishing to participate in spring athletics must complete and submit the following to Burnsville High School or to their respective junior high prior to tryouts or practice. This information can be turned in at anytime up to start dates. Please submit information as soon as possible.
