The 33rd annual Class Acts variety show goes virtual, looks forward to the future

For the 33nd consecutive year, District 191 staff will be presenting “Class Acts,” a comedy variety show, to raise scholarships for graduating seniors in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191.

As a result, more than $250,000 has been presented to students at Burnsville High School, Burnsville Alternative High School and the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage Transition (BEST) program to help pay for college and further educational goals.

Due to this year’s unusual circumstances, there will not be live performances or raffle baskets. Instead, this year's Class Acts — “Reflecting on the Past, Looking Forward to the Future" — will showcase memorable performances of the past!

The Class Acts team will be creating a brief, video montage for the One91 community and will need your help in doing so. Recordings, slideshows or videos of previous Class Acts performances should be submitted to Kellie Allman (krallman@isd191.org) by Sunday, Feb. 28.

Although the show will definitely look different this year, the goal remains the same ... to raise as much as we can for our 2021 senior class!

If you would like to make a donation to this year’s Class Acts Scholarship fund, please send a check made payable to “Class Acts” to Jen Gandrud at Vista View Elementary School.

If you have any questions, please contact Kellie Allman at krallman@isd191.org.
