PSEO Night slated for Monday, Feb. 29

Burnsville High School will hold a mandatory information night for students who are interested in Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) on Monday, Feb. 29 at 7 p.m. in the Mraz Center for the Performing Arts at Burnsville High School, 600 E. Highway 13.
PSEO allows qualifying students in grades 10-12 to attend a local college for both high school and college credit. Representatives at the meeting will discuss the following:
  • What is PSEO and how does it work with high school graduation requirements?
  • Why do students participate?
  • What are the student's academic and personal responsibilities?
  • What is the different between part-time and full-time?

The meeting is for students who plan to begin PSEO next fall. Please remember that students interested in PSEO must attend this meeting; parents attending this meeting in lieu of their student does NOT qualify for the student's attendance. However, parents are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting with their student.

Check out additional information on the School Counseling Department's website and the PSEO webpage
