Pre-ACT mandatory registration for juniors is April 21-22

All juniors will be completing a pre-ACT registration process on either Tuesday, April 21 or Wednesday, April 22 in the morning. Students with last names (A – Lee) will be called down to the cafeteria/commons area at 8 a.m. on April 21, and students with last names (Lef – Z) will be called down on April 22. 

All students enrolled in 11th grade must take the statewide administration of the ACT Plus Writing (College Readiness Assessment). The date for the statewide administration of the ACT Plus Writing is April 28, 2015. This assessment is required for graduation
All 11th grade students will begin taking the ACT at the start of our school day on April 28 at the Burnsville High School main campus. The ACT assessment process is very structured and we will be adhering to all the official ACT assessment procedures and regulations.  
In order to replicate a typical ACT testing environment and ensure all ACT assessment procedures and regulations are adhered to, only 11th grade students will be at the Burnsville High School main campus on April 28.  
The test will begin at 7:33 a.m. and will take 4-5 hours to complete. Students will need their IDs in order to take this test. Students will be dismissed immediately following the test but buses will run on their regular schedule. Lunch will be provided following the test. All Seniors will attend classes at Senior Campus on this dateSophomore students will not attend school on this date.

Make-ups for the ACT are Tuesday, May 12:

The test will begin at 7:33 AM in C180. Passes will be sent for students taking the test.
