Students compete, move on at Twin Cities Regional Science and Engineering Fair

Congratulations to all of the Burnsville High School students who competed in the Twin Cities Regional Science and Engineering Fair at the University of Minnesota on Feb. 27-28.

There were many students who qualified for State. In addition, junior Emily Carlson and senior Colton Van Dorpe qualified for an international competition The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF), a program of Society for Science & the Public (SSP), is the world’s largest international pre-college science competition. In May, the students will travel to other cities – Emily to Houston and Colton to Pittsburgh – with their projects.
