Enrollment is now open for the new District 191 online school for the 2021-22 school year. Called One91 Virtual Academy, the school will follow the district’s unique Pathways model, supporting students in finding their passions and purpose so they are prepared for success throughout school and after graduation.
Burnsville High School received the American College Application Campaign’s (ACAC) 2020 School of Excellence Award for its demonstrated commitment to student success and for serving as an exemplary model for Minnesota Goes to College, a coalition to ensure today’s students are prepared for tomorrow’s jobs.
Nominations are now open for the 2021 John Coskran Volunteer Award, presented annually in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191. Nominations are due by May 2.
In The EDGE summer program, students entering grades 6-9 take on fun experiences that help them develop independence, responsibility, accountability and improve their interpersonal communication skills.
Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 was one of 11 partners across the state to receive the 2021 Youth Skills Training grant, which develops and implements paid-learning opportunities for students 16 years of age and older.
