You can contact Technical Support by submitting an online request or by phone.
Call us at (952) 707-ASK US (2758). If we are not available, please leave a detailed voicemail message. Phone calls will be returned between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Provide the following information when requesting tech support.
- Your Name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (We will return calls between 8:00am and 4:00pm)
- Student's Name (if different than above)
- Student ID number, if known
- Student's School
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
