Diamondhead Clinic
Diamondhead Clinic serves children and youth from infancy through high school graduation and who live in the communities of Burnsville, Eagan, and Savage or attend a school in District 191.
Services Provided
- Free medical care by Park Nicollet Physicians – Walk-in, no appointment needed.
- Treatment for minor illness and medical conditions
- Routine physicals
- Camp and Sports physicals
- Immunizations
- Health Education including Nutrition, Physical Activity, Sexual Health and Tobacco counseling
- Mental Health Services (initial assessment, diagnoses and referral as appropriate)
This clinic does not provide emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, serious medical condition or injury, call 911 immediately.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 1-4:30 p.m.
The Diamondhead Clinic will be closed on May 16.
Please use the East Entrance on Pillsbury Avenue. Use the lower level parking lot E. Enter through Door 11.
Please note that virtual appointments may be necessary if staffing becomes a concern and the clinic can close with short notice.

Children's Dental Services
Dental services are provided at Diamondhead Clinic the 2nd Friday of each month to children from birth to age 18 (up to 21 with insurance or full pay) and pregnant women of all ages. CDS provides exams, cleanings, fillings and more!
