The Foundation 191 Board of Directors recently announced grant awards for the 2017-18 school year in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191.
Parents of 5th grade students at Vista View, Gideon Pond, Sky Oaks and Edward Neill Elementary Schools are encouraged to attend a meeting about registration for 6th grade classes at Nicollet Middle School. The meeting will be on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 6 pm at Nicollet Middle School in the cafeteria. Nicollet is located at 400 East 134th Street in Burnsville.

Jon Bonneville will become principal of Sky Oaks Elementary School in Burnsville on July 1, pending approval by the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 Board of Education later this month.
Bonneville, currently principal of Hidden Valley Elementary School in Savage, approached Superintendent Joe Gothard about transferring to Sky Oaks when a vacancy developed.
