What are you doing this summer? The EDGE is a comprehensive youth program for students in grades 6-9 with a focus on building community, independence, communication and socialization skills in a fun, recreational and educational environment.

At the EDGE, kids are:
• Active and out in the community.
• Taking exciting trips each day.
• Involved in community service opportunities.
• Involved in planning have choices in activities.

Neill named 'Celebration School'
for academic improvements

Congratulations to our staff, students, parents and everyone who has helped make Edward Neill Elementary succeed. Thanks to those efforts, Neill Elementary was named a Celebration School by the Minnesota Department of Education this week. The honor, which was given to fewer than 100 schools in the state, recognizes the school's significant improvement in standardized test scores and in closing the achievement gap in 2012.
