ParentVUE is not intended to replace direct communication between students/parents/teachers or other school staff members, but rather an extra tool to help families stay informed about their student’s progress. Access requires a confidential username and password to be set up.
ParentVUE assists parents in the monitoring of their child's educational progress by allowing parents to opt in for automatic notifications for the following:
- Quarterly Progress Grades
- Health information
- Student schedules
- Lunch account information
- Emergency contacts
Parents who enrolled their student online created an account prior during that process. Parents who did enroll online may need to create a ParentVUE account. In addition to providing access to the student information listed above, an account allows parents easily to update their contact information online.
Create a ParentVUE Account
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information about your student:
- First and last name
- Grade level
- Student ID number
- School currently attending
You'll receive a confirmation email with an activation code and instructions for completing the setup process.
How does ParentVUE differ from Schoology?
ParentVUE is a central location for information on your child’s attendance, course schedules, records and contact information.
Schoology is a more specific look at your child’s academic schedule for classes and links for homework and assignments.
