All 8th grade students will begin taking the ACT ASPIRE Test on Monday, October 22nd. The test will run through Friday, October 26th.
BHS BLAZETTES DANCE TEAM

BHS ALPINE SKI TEAM
Did you know that Burnsville High School has an Alpine ski team for girls and boys? Our team is open to 7-12th graders and most races take place at Buck Hill. If interested please come to our potluck/informational meeting on Monday October 22nd at 6:00 pm in the BHS cafeteria. PEACE POSTER CONTEST
All those who are interested in participating in the Peace Poster Contest should talk to Mrs. Plueger! If you already have your contest rules and poster, please be sure to ask for help if you need any. Posters are due on October 31 to Mrs. Plueger.

METCALF YEARBOOK CLUB
All students interested in joining the Metcalf Yearbook Club are invited to attend our first meeting of the year in Room 102 after school from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17th. Please see Mrs. Plueger with any questions.
METCALF MONSTER DASH
Metcalf Middle School is having its first annual Metcalf Monster Dash on Monday, October 29th from 3-4 after school. A prize will be awarded to first place. We will meet after school by the basketball/tennis courts. The course is two laps and runs around the front of school and around the back fields. Please wear your running shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a water bottle, too. The event is sponsored by the Enviro Club and Enviro Club members will be dressed up in costume to guide you on your way. Please see Mrs. Plante or Mrs. Johnson with questions.
