Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 Community Education will host the 16th summer Gifted & Talented Institute (GTI), which is provided through a partnership of south metro school districts.
GTI is open to students entering grades 1-8 in September of 2017 in any school district, who are either identified as gifted or exhibit a high talent or interest in an area.

Parents are invited to learn more about the magnet program at Harriet Bishop Gifted & Talented Elementary School at two upcoming information meetings. Slated for 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 23 and Jan. 11, the meetings will provide information about how the magnet program works, qualification requirements, and how instruction is delivered to meet the unique needs of gifted students.
Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 offers specialized school options, including magnet programs, at the elementary and junior high school levels. These programs offer enhanced learning opportunities in addition to the District's core curriculum, providing families with academic choices and unique opportunities.
