Dr. Joe Gothard, superintendent in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191, has been appointed to a three-year term on the Greater Twin Cities United Way Board of Directors.

Foundation 191 will host its "Grapes & Grains for Grants" fund-raising event on Thursday, Jan. 29 at the Ames Center in Burnsville to benefit learners in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191. .
The event will take place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and will feature wine and craft beer tasting sponsored by Red Lion Liquor of Burnsville, appetizers by the Mediterranean Cruise Café, and a silent auction.
