Burnsville High School will host a Minnesota Education Fair (MEF) for students and their parents on Tuesday, March 20 from 4-6 p.m. in the Activity Center, located at 600 E. Hwy 13.
Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 is partnering with St. Paul and Minneapolis public schools to present the Native American College Fair on Thursday, Nov. 16. The event is slated from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the East Phillips Park Cultural and Community Center, 2315 S 17th Ave. in Minneapolis.
Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from a variety of post-secondary institutions, careers, job training and community programs, as well as learn about college life and apply for financial aid.
This year, the BHS Career Center is staffed with a representative, Abby Lincoln, from College Possible. She will be helping students search for and apply to colleges, along with preparing students for the ACT.
