ASVAB test set for Thursday, March 19

An ASVAB test is scheduled at Burnsville High School on Thursday, March 19 at 9 a.m. If you are a senior and have not passed the Reading or Math MCA Test you need to take the ASVAB, ACT or Accuplacer in order to graduate.

If you are interested in taking the ASVAB, a sign-up sheet is located in the Attendance Office. The cut-off date to sign-up for this test is Friday, March 13.

ASVAB test results mandatory meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27

There will be an ASVAB representative here on Tuesday, Jan. 27 to discuss test results with students who took the ASVAB test on Oct. 31 at both the BHS main and senior campuses. This is a required meeting and will take place from 1-2 p.m. in the Upper Media Labs at the main campus. An announcement will be made the day of the meeting for students to report.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test (ASVAB), a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military, is scheduled at Burnsville High School on October 31 at 8:00 a.m. If you have not passed the Reading or Math MCA test you need to take the ASVAB, ACT or ACCUPLACER test in order to graduate.
