There will be a Post Secondary Education Option (PSEO) informational meeting Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. at Burnsville High School in the Mraz Center.
PSEO is a program for eligible students in grades 10-12 to take college courses, on a college campus, for both high school and college credit.
This meeting will go through what the program is and how it relates to graduation and post-high school college planning. This is a required meeting for BHS students wishing to participate next year. Parents and/or guardians are strongly encouraged to attend with their student to understand the program. However, a parent cannot attend in place of their student.
If for some reason the student absolutely cannot attend, the student and parent will need to make a one-on-one appointment with their assigned counselor to go through the entire presentation (approx. 1 hr.).
