A night of cultural enlightenment and celebration set for March 24

Burnsville High School is hosting a Multicultural Night on Friday, March 24 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. in the BHS cafeteria and Mraz Center for the Performing Arts, located at 600 E. Highway 13.

There will be free, culturally-diverse foods available in the cafeteria at the beginning of the evening. There will also be cultural dances, poetry, fashion shows and much more.

Students will be collecting donations for the South of the River Pow Wow. The Pow Wow will be a celebration of the graduating American Indian seniors in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage, Farmington, Prior Lake-Savage, Shakopee, Lakeville, Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan school districts and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.
