NEW 16 Team Volleyball League!
This is a great chance for teams and friends who want to have fun and participate in a self-monitored volleyball league. Men and women playing for good times, good health and final awards. All teams will be involved in post-season playoffs. All evenings are doubleheaders! Each team is required to submit a separate roster (six players minimum, twelve maximum), with team name, manager’s and players’ names, addresses and phone numbers, along with the registration form and check. Mandatory managers’ meeting date to be announced. No play on March 27th.

Rise & Shine Yoga
Start your morning off with a slow flow yoga class that starts with grounding and warm up, moves into flow and hold poses, then stretch and yin poses, ending with rest so you are fully energized for the day. This is an all levels yoga class. Get healthier, feel lighter and taller, and energize yourself and your community. Please bring an exercise mat to class.

Hatha Yoga: Beginners and Beyond
Allow yourself at least one hour each week through this classical yoga practice, you know you deserve it! Join in the ancient practice to strengthen your mind and body by moving through a light flow of yoga poses - paying attention to alignment, breathing techniques and mindfulness. Each class brings new approaches which suit the needs of the students. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed and strong, both emotionally and physically.
